Agnes Pareiyo uses wooden models as a tool to educate children and adults about the harm caused by female genital mutilation.

  1. Good job! There are still a number of African and Asian countries that need empowering of women. Going to school alone is not enough for some . It is not enough for schools to focus on academic work alone. These women need life skills lessons .They need to be taught to start respecting thier bodies and stop selling themselves . They must learn that money comes from working with one’s own two hands and not through sexual activities. Women need to realise they are not born to please men but to be independent ,self reliant and its time both men and women respect love ,sexual involvement and marriage

  2. Great job Agnes! Thank you for standing up for the girls. thank you for showing them another way of life, that education is as important to them then the boys.
    Refusing to be a source of income for the family at such a young age is wrong. Take a stand girls!
